Mindful Walking Meditation
We’re all taking it one step at a time right now. And for many, walking regularly has been the saving grace to their sanity. To get outdoors and out of our heads can be just what we need to marvel the world with a newfound enthusiasm and reverence.
I’ve created a walking meditation for those who would like to add more mindfulness to their walks. The sound bite is available to download below. You could also use this meditation as a visualisation if you’re not able to make it out of the house. I hope this encourages many more wonder-filled rambles where ever you are.
