FAQ’s
How do I book a class?
To join an online live streamed class, buy your class via the Paypal button above. You will be taken to Paypal to make your payment (you don’t need a Paypal account), after which I will receive notification of your booking and send you a link to join the class – please check your junk mail folder if you don’t see one come through. Please book your spot at least an hour before class starts so I have time to add you.
Alternatively, if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please drop me an email at hello@tasminyoga.co.uk.
How do I join the Zoom call?
STEP ONE: Download the Zoom (Cloud Meetings) app on the device you will use to join the class. The basic Zoom app is free and allows you to join classes.
STEP TWO: Join the class using the link I will send you.
STEP THREE: I will start the Zoom call 10 minutes before we start the class to give you time to get checked in and ready.
What shall I bring to class?
Find a space where you can roll out your mat and have enough room to move freely. You can enhance your experience by having a cosy blanket ready for savasana, a pillow to be used as a bolster, some books/ sturdy Tupperware to be used as blocks, and a pile of cushions to support your practice if and when needed. What if I’ve never done yoga before?
Congratulations on taking the first step on your yoga journey! Classes are open to all levels so beginners are very welcome. I believe in meeting students where they are at by offering variations on poses and encouraging students of all levels to take a resting pose whenever they need to.
